New Florence

To the south of Cragwater, about a day’s travel along the coast is New Florence. Here, an Italian priest by the title of His Holiness shares leadership with a Japanese samurai, Kitani Yachi, and a native scale leader. This merger of depleted Japanese and Italian forces with a native tribe is frequently beset by attacks from a Scale Tribe dwelling in the swamps further south, crocodile-like scales led by arcanists.
