Swooping Hawk is a large darfellan with a surprising ability to move unseen for his size. Exiling himself from his clan after the chief's son was killed on a hunt, he has travelled to the New World to offer a chance to cleanse the shame that clings to him like a shadow. While he could not protect his charge, perhaps he will find purpose anew.

Swooping Hawk is by far the most capable in Cragwater of venturing East, easily navigating the waters between the islands. He carries with him a number of self-crafted harpoons, but the simplicity of the design does not tamper the power with which they are wielded, and Swooping Hawk is a deadly hunter, able to both throw with precision as well as ferociously fight in close quarters with his chosen weapon.
